1Check Your Email & WhatsAppOnce your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to the address/number you used at checkout. Check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case). The tracking link takes you directly to the courier's live tracking page.

2Didn't Get a Tracking Link?If it's been more than 36 hours since you placed your order and you haven't received tracking details, double-check the email/phone you used. Sometimes a small typo causes missed notifications. If everything looks correct and you still don't have it, reach out to us — we'll share it manually.

3Order Just Placed?We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). If you ordered on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship on the next business day. You'll get the tracking link the moment it leaves our warehouse — hang tight, it's coming.

4Tracking Shows "In Transit"?Your parcel is on its way. Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–3 days, other areas in 3–7 days. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, email us and we'll check with the courier partner directly.
