The 7-Day Window

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 7 days from the delivery date. You'll have an additional 5–7 days for the returned product to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services — subject to availability in your pincode.

If reverse pick-up isn't available in your area, you'll need to send the shipment back to us at our registered address. We'll share the address once your return request is approved.

Heads Up

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier is unable to pick up both times, you'll need to self-ship.

What's Not Returnable

Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their nature:

Important: The 20% discount rule applies to product-level markdowns only. Coupon codes applied at checkout do not make a product ineligible for returns.

Reverse Shipping Fees

A reverse shipment fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund for exchanges and change-of-mind returns, irrespective of the number of items. If your order has multiple items, only one deduction of ₹150 applies for the entire order — not per item.

Free Reverse Shipping

No charges apply if you received a wrong, damaged, or defective product. This one's on us.

Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If your shipment comes back to us as an RTO (undelivered, refused at door, incorrect address, etc.), ₹100 will be deducted from your refund to cover carrier costs.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

We'd like to apologise in advance if you receive a damaged or wrong product. Our products go through strict quality checks, but very rarely, errors can slip through. When that happens — we fix it fast.

Unboxing Video Mandatory

For any missing, wrong, or damaged item claim, an unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time — no pauses or cuts. This protects both of us.

Email us at support@kiveronclub.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with:

  • Your order number
  • Unboxing video (WhatsApp to +91-XXXXXXXXXX if file is large)
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Brief description of what went wrong

We'll immediately exchange the affected item(s) or process a full refund — your choice, no reverse shipping charges, no questions asked.

After 48 Hours

Requests reported after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for assistance. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Most orders dispatch within 24 hours, so please cancel as soon as possible.

To cancel, email us at support@kiveronclub.com with your order number. Once dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled and will need to be processed as a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll either exchange it or process your refund within 7–10 business days, based on your request.

  • Refunds are issued to your original mode of payment
  • For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI/bank transfer (we'll ask for details during return approval)
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • Each order can be returned or exchanged once — subsequent requests on the same order won't be accepted
