Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed at our warehouse in India. Here's the typical journey from placing your order to unboxing:

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to weather, festivals, or logistics disruptions.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value:

Shipping internationally? We primarily ship within India, but we do handle international orders on request. If you're outside India and want to order, reach out to support@kiveronclub.com first — we'll share rates and timelines for your country.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders, but with a simple structure to protect both sides from fake orders and RTO losses:
- 50% of the order total must be paid upfront at checkout via UPI, card, or net banking
- The remaining 50% is collected in cash at delivery
- OTP verification is required at both checkout and delivery to confirm the order
- If you refuse COD delivery without valid reason, the upfront token payment is non-refundable
Shipping costs in India are high. When orders are refused at the door (RTO), the shipping cost still comes out of our pocket. The 50% token helps us verify genuine intent and offer COD to everyone fairly. Prepaid orders always get prioritised dispatch.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Since we dispatch within 24 hours, please cancel as soon as possible.
How to Cancel
Email us at support@kiveronclub.com with the subject line "Cancel Order #[your order number]". Our team will confirm the cancellation within a few hours. For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated immediately — funds reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Once your order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you'll need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy — either refuse delivery (treated as RTO with applicable charges) or accept and initiate a return.
Tracking, Delays & Issues
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message containing a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your parcel's progress in real time. You should receive the tracking link within 24–36 hours of placing your order — unless you've made a pre-order, in which case tracking will be shared closer to the dispatch date.
Order Delays
On the off-chance your order gets delayed, it's most likely due to manufacturing delays on our end or unforeseen issues with our courier partners. We'd request you not to panic — we'll get your order delivered as soon as we can. If it's been more than 48 hours beyond the estimated date, drop us an email with your order number and we'll personally trace it with the courier.
Common reasons for delay include:
- Weather disruptions, strikes, or courier-side delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable contact number
- Festive season or national holidays
Undelivered / Returned-to-Origin (RTO)
If your parcel is returned to us because of refused delivery, unreachable address, or similar reasons, we'll reach out to reconfirm. If you'd like it redelivered, you'll need to pay the shipping charges again. For RTO-eligible refund scenarios, a deduction of ₹100 applies.
For any damaged, wrong, or missing item claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time — no pauses, no cuts. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
